The 10″ sleeve is plain with just a small rubber stamp overprint and is hard to date, perhaps post-war. The shop was originally a drapers around 1924 and a photograph of it survives. This part of the terraced street has been redeveloped. A 7″ sleeve from the shop has now surfaced, which suggests it was open during the Sixties, and sold not just records but associated electrical items and white goods.
